This project includes locations that the District's 2019 Master Plan has prioritized for upgrades. 

Two locations were added after a recent pipe rupture.

At each of these locations, the waterlines are inadequate, vulnerable to seismic events, made of hazardous materials, or 

generally beyond their useful life.
