SWLCWPUD charges a daily flat rate for water service, which includes up to 100 cubic feet of usage.
Monthly usage in excess of the base rate is charged by the 100 cubic foot.
Base rates, water use rates, fees and Systems Development Charges are reviewed yearly by the SWLCWPUD Board of Directors. If an increase in rates, fees, or Systems Development Charges is deemed necessary, it will be published for public comment.

A one-time fee for transferring a pre-existing service to a new property owner. Fee applied to first bill.
Starting January 2022, Door Hangers will be issued for overdue balances. If a Door Hanger is issued, a $5 fee is added to the account.
A $10 Returned Check Fee will be applied to an account where a check was returned to SWLCWPUD due to Not Sufficient Funds (NSF).
The Water Turn-On Fee will be added to the account at the time of water shut off.
If water is turned off due to non-payment, the current unpaid balance, including the Water Turn On Fee, must be paid in full.
Once the water meter has been shut off by SWLCWPUD, only a SWLCWPUD employee shall remove the lock.
Late Fees are applied to accounts with an overdue balance of $15.01 or more.
If a customer wishes to purchase bulk water from SWLCWPUD without an account, arrangements must be made with staff (2) days in advance. Please call the office for further information.
