SWLCWPUD has a variety of payment options.
Please click 'Customer Portal' below for auto-pay and online payments.
We accept cash, debit and credit cards, and checks.
If making a cash payment, please pay at the office during business hours.
Customers may pay in person, over the phone, or by mail. We also accept payments in the Drop Box at our office (please no cash)
If you are already registered online, click 'Customer Portal' below to log-in.
SWLCWPUD needs your email on file BEFORE you can make a payment online.
To register for online payments or auto-pay, please have your new account number.
Click the 'Customer Portal' button below.
Then click 'Register Account' on the far right.
The registration form is case sensitive; your email must be in all lower-case characters.
Enter your customer number, email, and a unique password when prompted.
Once you register, you will need to log-in.
The Customer Portal does not automatically log-in when registration is successful.
In your portal, you can set-up auto-pay with "Direct Debit Set Up".
There is the option of bank account or credit card (debit cards included).
Select your preferred payment method, complete the form, and click "submit".
When your payment option is successfully added,
you will see "Automatic payments: ON" in green letters.
Once you set-up auto-pay, it will pay your balance on the statement due date.
You will still receive a monthly statement even if you set-up auto-pay.
If auto-pay is active, your monthly statement will say
"Direct Debit is set-up and will process on due date"
in red on the bottom right hand corner.
